Plans & Pricing

What plans do you offer?

ShortyLink offers four plans to fit different needs:

  • Free - Perfect for personal use with up to 25 links/month
  • Pro ($9/month) - For creators and small businesses with 500 links/month
  • Business ($29/month) - For teams with unlimited links and custom domains
  • Enterprise - Custom solutions for large organizations

Can I try Pro features before subscribing?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required. Simply sign up and start using Pro features immediately.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. You'll keep your existing links, but won't be able to create new ones if you've exceeded Free plan limits.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers (Enterprise only)

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI Level 1 certified. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Can I pay annually?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly payments. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact support for a full refund.


Upgrading & Downgrading

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Upgrade Plan." Your new features will be available immediately.

What happens when I upgrade mid-billing cycle?

You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your new features activate instantly.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade anytime. Your current features remain active until the end of your billing period. Make sure your usage fits within the new plan's limits before downgrading.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

All your links and analytics data are preserved. However, some features may become unavailable:

  • Custom domains will be deactivated (links still redirect)
  • Team members may lose access (owner retains access)
  • Advanced analytics will show historical data only

Invoices & Receipts

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History. You can download PDF invoices for any previous payment.

Can I add my company details to invoices?

Yes, update your billing information in Settings → Billing. Add your company name, address, and VAT/tax ID. Future invoices will include these details.

Do you support VAT invoicing for EU customers?

Yes, we handle EU VAT automatically. Add your VAT ID in billing settings for reverse charge invoices.


Cancellation

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my links when I cancel?

Your links continue to work. If you're within Free plan limits, everything stays active. Otherwise, you won't be able to create new links until you upgrade again.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Currently, we don't offer subscription pausing. You can cancel and resubscribe later—your data will be preserved.
